1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of BU HEY SUGAR LTD ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by BU HEY SUGAR LTD
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is typically required 30 days before departure
• Prices are subject to change until full payment is received
• Additional fees may apply for special requests or last-minute changes

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
• 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

• You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and other required documents
• We provide guidance but are not responsible for visa applications or rejections
• Health requirements and vaccinations are your responsibility to research and obtain
• Travel restrictions and entry requirements may change without notice

5. Limitation of Liability

BU HEY SUGAR LTD acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for acts of God, weather conditions, strikes, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This should include coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal liability.

7. Behavior and Conduct

• Travelers must conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb others
• We reserve the right to remove travelers who violate local laws or tour policies
• No refund will be provided for removal due to inappropriate behavior
• Respect for local customs and laws is required at all times

8. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, political conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives and will not be liable for additional costs incurred.

9. Force Majeure

BU HEY SUGAR LTD shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government regulations, or natural disasters.

10. Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints must be reported immediately to our tour representative or guide. Written complaints should be submitted within 30 days of return. We will investigate all complaints and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to Terms

BU HEY SUGAR LTD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
